I had read about Tai-Chi not just as a form of exercise but much more. It develops energy in the body and opens up space for energy to flow through the body, releasing blockages. The flowing movements that I have learned so far under Master Savannah’s instruction and guidance have released tensions in my body, built my core strength, and brought relief to early arthritis. But there is a mind-body connection too that turns the exercise into a form of moving meditation. For the first time I am enjoying exercising so much that it doesn’t feel like a chore. I feel calmer and I’m sleeping better as well as feeling more mobile and energetic. An added benefit is that Tai-Chi can be done anywhere with enough space to stretch out your arms! I love it and would recommend it to everyone. I wish I’d found it sooner.

I was introduced to Malcolm by a Pilates contact of mi9ne. I am a qualified Pilates instructor and have practiced Pilates and yoga for many years. i had always wanted to to try Tai-Chi but had struggled to find a teacher locally. I embarked on my Tai-Chi journey just a few weeks ago and I genuinely feel like I have gained so much already. Malcolm is a true master. He is everything a good teacher should be. He’s encouraging, patient, insightful and always give time to discuss any difficulties or areas you are struggling with. Anyone can do Tai-Chi, it doesn’t discriminate and if you’re thinking about giving it a try, you can definitely put your trust in Malcolm.

He attends company premises where you can witness te calm, thorough work of a dedicated trained who loves passing on his knowledge. I have worked with him on two occasions and we hope to team-up for more Tai Chi / Kick Boxing seminars for businesses and the public. I cannot recommend his services highly enough.
